Concerned this is water residue

I just bought a 03 glastron with 3.0 l alpha 2. While inspecting it closer I noticed this white residue. I'm concerned the manifold may be leaking and wicking up the bolt? Is that possible. If you notice they put cheap nut on so I could it just be electalisis? Because dis similar metals almost like what you would find on old battery post.

Nope,..... Not from under the carb,....

It's 17 years old,.... I see No problem,....
