I'm guessing is because many of them share similar political objectives. Perhaps because many share similar obstacles in life.

Just as other like minded groups want to aquire political power to further their goals. To me, it is not particularly shocking, and potentially beneficial to all of us, as well as to their members.

rod if you run a search on all the older iraq war posts you will get the links you require. that dogs done hunting. sorry, if you want me to provide that info once again, i'll just have to pass. consider it my opinion if you wish. :D

i've been here too long to worry about proving my point to anyone unless i think they really care. and i know enough from your posts to know better.

hava gooden & keep up the good marine work bud, your boat knowledge is appreciated.
----
and while i'm at it i will reply to the pw.

no, that is not a position i stated. hmm, can't say i've ever felt we're in a colorless society, but i think i see your point. we should be colorless, but that doesn't push me to make new regulations to enforce it one way or the other, especially on a federal level. the current amendments seem to have covered quite alot.

my opinion on AAction is that it is a federal action promoting racism. not a relief from but a perpetuation of. it is a cheap socialist attempt. maybe not cheap in $$ terms but in results. just as your last reply infers, every 'caste' has their own group desires. everyone can find another like member to cling to and hope to convert others to same. not a way to run a country or control the masses.

we have many who will stand against the wishes of a change from a republic free will to a socialist government, by the 'progressive' or 'move-on' type idealists.

Hey Ebb, I'd like to know where I can see that info on the ties between Iraq and 9/11.
Last I heard, when pressed, Bush even admitted that they were not any links between Iraq and 9/11. But then when he gets in front of the Republican choir, he speaks of the war in Iraq and those responsible for 9/11 in the same breath.
Again I ask you for info on the ties between Iraq and 9/11, please.
And on a side note why is it when conservatives get backed into a corner they start talking about socialism and socialist? It almost seems like a crutch that you folks use when your losing a debate.

I cant find anylinks leading to WMD's or Iraqi terror suspects prior to the 9/11 events. I can find colin powells speech where he admits he was lied to and then he perpetrated the lies to congress even though he knew better. thats why he slipped away. and it was written by him. I can find 3 commision reports that say not only was the terror threat and WMD's a lie key people in the current admin knew fully about it.
whats really funny is the amount of sites linking US and UK companies that sold nuclear and chemical weapons or technology to saddam as late as 1990. in fact the "gas" that saddam used on the Kurds that had attacked him came from the UK.
was it not so true the joke about how we knoew what saddam had would be funny. WE DO have the reciepts.
but going back to the black caucas, it has outlived its usefulness I am thinking. to many times its used only when convenient. kinda like the Naacp and the rainbow coalition.
but like all repubs I debate with I only get the party line, no reference to actual documents or historical fact.
democrats are not anybetter though.
