I am looking to buy a modest price lift for my Pontoon.
A guy on my lake has a 24foot Cantilever lift for sale at $1800. Seems a bit high to me. Lots of people on our lake have this type of lift (Lakeshore products):
- I have heard at least one negative comment about instability and cantilever lifts - true or nothing to worry about?
- What should I expect to pay for this lift used? 3 yrs old, good shape, but cables starting to brown a bit
There is something to be said that the lift is right there and ready to use, but I don't want to overpay. Thanks in advance.
