Constant problem with bad sensors in oil tank for 2003 200 hp efi

Is there a solution to fixing every other year of buying a new oil tank for my motor. Has anyone bought the sensors separately. Seems like I get beeps and there gores another $100.00. Any help or thoughts would be deeply appreciated.
