Control Box compatibility - 2003 Tohatsu 90 vs 2009 Nissan 90

I have a 2003 Tohatsu 90 HP TLDI.
I see a great deal on a boat with a 2009 Nissan. Are they the same control box? In other words could i just buy and swap the motors easily to upgrade my rig? Then sell the other boat....I have brand new cables etc on my rig already. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

The boxes are mechanically and electrically the same. The color of the newer boxes will be midnight black, while the earlier boxes will be grey. Cables are identical. It's only 3 bolts to swap the box, BTW.
