I just need to know what control box my 1986 Mariner 40 uses. It is a Japanese made Mariner. I need to know if it is a Merc or Yami. The harness is cut on the engine so I have to cut the end off the controls and hardwire it and I don't want to do it to my Quicksilver controls if they are the wrong ones. Thanks!!!
