now, lets elaborate, and please use a complete sentence

what are you working on - be specific with year, displacement and serial number

is this a pull start or electric start?

is the engine not cranking or not starting?
have you checked your batteries?

Lets talk about clairvoyance. If you want a Mod to do something - Flag the post! We can't and don't read every post and I just wondered what a thread titled "Controller" was about.

Back to the thread and lack of information while I polish my crystal ball and read tarot cards and tea leaves;

"Engine will not turn" , "Motor will not move" and "Controller on Evinrude 7755e3 will not shift" still doesn't tell us much.

Turning, moving and shifting are 3 different things.

Is the motor starting?

Is the motor steering"

Now the third thing - The control handle doesn't move? It does move, but you can't shift into gear? Can you help us?
