Controls for a 1997 Merc 25hp outboard

I am the proud owner of a 16' 3" Grumman aluminum boat with a 25HP Tracker (merc) outboard. I would like to put a center console in this boat with a steering wheel and controls. Does anyone know where I can get controls for this motor? If you know where I can buy a steering wheel that would help too. The motor is clearly setup to be converted in such a way as I can see where the steering can be hooked up. Serial number is on the way.

If you can find the parts to convert the motor/plus center console, which you have to build with flooring. will cost you more than that rig is worth. hate bust your bubble
