convert 250 hp OX66 from 25" to 20" shaft

Gentlemen I have a pair of 2001 250hp ox66 25" shaft motors that i would like to convert one of them to 20". Since this motor, in this year, only came in 25" or 30" is it possible to get the neccessary parts from another model or year. thanks Andy
