Convert a Nova XL no a Center Console

Hi everybody, I have a Nova 23? XL year 88, the hull is in very good shape but have no engine and the person who provided me with it was trying to convert the boat in a center console with an outboard engines (2 x 115), and taking out the cockpit. Somebody have any experience doing something like this with this boat??? Any sugestion will be welcome...

unless you have tons of time and money to blow....my question would be "why?"....
