Convert to electric start 35hp ?????

I picked up a 1982 Evinrude, 35 hp, tiller model.<br />Can an electric starter be added to this model?<br />A guy at work said it could, but I can't find any info on the net.<br /><br />I don't need a charging system.

Hey roscoe....yeah ya' can turn the 35 into electric start. Bomby has a kit for it. PN 173964. It will set ya' back about $338.

Thanks OBJ, I will have to think about the cost, maybe I can find a parts motor, or the used parts somewhere. <br /><br />Or maybe my motor will become a parts motor!!!!<br />I haven't taken her out on the lake yet, just in a barrel.<br /><br />THe part number is much appreciated.
