Ok I have the famous oil alarm going off I presume as soon as I start up the throttle starts to buzz very loud. I was going to convert to premix anyways so this just pushes the issue. It seems the float module was already out and disconnected at a dealer. So this must mean it's one of the other alarms systems.

1. I would like a quick fix so as to be able to take boat to lake this holiday weekend. So my thought was filling oil resevoir with premix in addition to going premix in gas. And finding all oil related wires to disconnect.

2. I would like a long term fix of completly removing the oil mix systerm.

I've read about some plastic gear in the engine that can go bad that gear going bad actually hurt the engine if I'm premix?

Is there any place to find online manuals?

Of course I went out this morning and the alarm was no longer sounding.. This is the same alarm in the remote that buzzes every time you start your outboard. Is that connected to the oil issue. I ran it on the hose and the water pump is working with a good stream of water coming out. Never got hot sitting on idle on hose.

I did look at the wires and the two blue wires and 2 brown wires have been disconnected.

Given the smoke coming out there is definetely oil in the gas. Though I still desire to switch to premix.
