Converting 95' Suzuki DT-4 to 5hp?

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before but several search's have dead ended me.
I have what I think is a 95' vintage 4 hp Suzuki 2 stroke ( ser # 00402-653328) that runs great but is just a little shy of power needed to plane my 13' aluminum boat. I know some smaller outboards can be upgraded to a higher output simply by changing the carb jets but am new to Suzuki. Can this be done with this modle or should I sell it and buy bigger? I'm thinking that 5hp might just do it. If so, any idea on what parts I need. Thanks in advance!
Also, any idea where I can get the specs for this engine?

You have a 96 model ..... and no this 4hp cannot be upgraded, I would just sell and buy yourself a 8hp, it should do the trick ......
