Hey guys I picked up a real nice charger 118 with the factory 20hp Chrysler motor on it still. It's not fast enough for me and the props bent so I got a Evinrude big twin 40hp cheap. I'm kinda confused on how I'm going to convert everything over. Looks like the steering shouldn't be an issue but the electrical and speed and shift controls will be. Can I get something to change the ends of the shift and throttle controls over and can I keep the factory wiring intact as much as possible to keep the key switch? I'll look into it more tomorrow but the wiring on the Evinrude looks rough. Thanks in advance!
