converting ford 302 from points to electronic

I would like to convert a boat from point type ignition system to electronic type.How much of a problem would it be? The engines are 1976 Ford 302ci. Any information would be appreciated.

What type distributor do you have? Pertronix makes a bunch of the kits. Goto their website, they have an application guide and the part numbers of the correct kit. Crane Cams also makes conversion kits, i don't know if they have marine yet.
