Coochee craft re-do

I have a 13'10" coochee craft fiberglass boat. The bench seats are soft and feels like they are going to cave in. What to do? Also it has what I think is a live well in it but has no holes in it to let water in, is it a live well are some else? Thanks for any help.

Cut the tops off the seats and see what lies beneath. No water inlets means it's NOT a Live Well.
