Ok guys I dont ask many questions but I got one. My dad chartered a fishing boat out of North Florida last weekend and we caught alot of fish. (wish you could have seen my boy pull up them big fish!) Anyway Iv heard of them and seen a few but have never caught any. We caught two "Cobia" (Ling to some and Lemonfish to others) What is the best way to cook them? Grill, fry, smoke? I hear they are good to eat? Any input? Thanks

Re: Cooking Fish Question

Well I don't know much about cooking so here goes.
I would grill them camp style.
You will need;Lemon slices,FRESH basil leaves,Soft butter,Aluminum foil

Lay out foil-place 3 or 4 lemon slices in the middle with 4 or 5 basil leaves
Smear fish lightly with butter and place on lemon slices
Place 3 or 4 lemon slices on top with 4 or 5 basil leaves and wrap in foil
Wrap in foil again and place on grill at medium/low

I don't know how thick the filets are so cooking times are a mystery to me.

BON APPETI'T
