Bought myself a cool Christmas present.

Weber wireless digital grill thermometer.
The thermo senser attached to the probe
sits next to the grill and the monitor can
be 100' feet away, in the nice warm house.

Cooked a beef roast today, once it was on
never left the house until it was done.

And if you really want to be a "grill master"
it comes with a belt clip so you can sit in
the recliner watching football and the meat
will never be overcooked.

Been using a remote sensor for years. Don't know if your model has it but the one I use has 2 temperature probes - one for the grill and one for the meat.

Also has a settable alarm to tell you when the the meat is done.
