I have a 1995 EFI 150HP mercury outboard. When I first start the motor I do not get a pee stream of water, is there a thermostat to control this. When I get out and get it up on top it starts peeing like it should, is this normal. I don't have 15 hrs. on this and had never paid any attention until last Monday, also I had let it set in my shop for 8 months without getting it out. Thank you....... monty
