Hi, I am new to this forum but will most likely be very active. I would appreciate all comments regarding my 115 Ficht (described in earlier thread).
While running on the ear_muffs in my driveway, I had barely any water coming out of the 'Pee-hole'. When I took the motor for test drive, it pissed vigorously. Also, it pissed pretty well at the sellers house, but not mine. Do I need much pressure? I have the type of muffs that only drive one side of lower unit. Got no pee, on one side, minimal on the other. Maybe I should check the water pump, i have no history on when the impellers been replaced last.
Thanks and I look forward to future chats, I love this motor, I have only had old engines in the past. Should I buy a computer interface with diagnostic software?? Where and how much? Thanks for all.
