Correct Compresion test? 1977, 15 hp Evinrude

I just did a compresion test and was happy with the reading. Exactly 110lbs on both. I pulled the rope quikly, several times, with the motor in nuetral. I didn't remove the throttle stop, so it was not wide open. also the motor could have been warmer ( it was only 1/2 way up to temp.)
How would these things affect the reading? Any other tips?
Is it a good idea to free the ring or let it be ( and what would I use? Ring- Free?)

Your fine..thottle means zip on a 2 stroke..run a little Seafoam though it anyway...keeps the rings free..

on a pull rope i'd be happy. a said seafoam never hurts.

When you say use sea foam, do you mean add it to the fuel?
What mix would you suggest?
