I can tell you for sure it's not the one I've used. I went to autozone and bought a harmonic balancer puller right off the rack for $15 and it worked perfectly, though I did have to stop by the hardware store to by some different sized bolts and washers to use with it (added another $1.25, get the grade 8's). It should look like a crows foot, or a peace sign without the circle. you will only need three of the "toes" coming off. One at 12 o'clock, one at 4 and one at 8. The one at six isn't used. there are three holes in the top of the flywheel where the bolts thread in. tighten nice and snug, then a few hits on top of the bolt with a hammer, tighten bolt again, repeat. If you have no luck after trying for a while, use a propane torch to heat the flywheel around the bolt while the puller is on very tightly, a little heat works wonders. Hope this helps!

I used three inch grade 8 bolts of the correct thread (can't remember if they were course or fine). also get some grade 8 washers to use as the bolts (1/4" I think?) will be kind of close to the size of the puller. I doubled up the washers and it worked fine.
