Correct Thrust Collar for High Five Prop

Can any one give me the part number for the proper thrust collar to be used with a Mercury High Prop (48-816612 older version not the newer A46 model) on a 2002 90HP Mercury Classic O/B? The thrust collar associated with my current Black Max type II 23p prop is slightly larger in diameter than the High Five will accept.

Also, where can I buy one?
