Correct timing for OMC 4cyl??

Since you all have helped me with multiple problems, I thought I might pick your brains a little further. I need the correct timing for a 4cyl OMC 3.0L. And pics would be helpful in determining what marks are SUPPOSED to be on the timing plate near the lower pully. Also I have the dwell set @ 30*. They say 28-32, is 30* ok?
Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
