Corsair 2200 foiler

Does anyone else out there have this boat.
I bought a new 2005. It has under 100 hrs on it now.

The problem I'm having is....
The more I use the boat. I keep getting more and more stress cracks in the hull.
Is anyone else having this same problem???
Corsair says not to worry. It's only cosmetic???

Since Corsair has dropped making this boat. It's like no one knows anything about their own boat. It's still under warranty. Guess that's a good thing?
I've had lots of other boats, but this is the first catamaran I've owned.
All my other boats the only way I got a stress crack was to run into something.

If anyone else has one. I would like to hear about your boat and if you have had any problem?

tom...... stress cracks in the gellcoat are caused by a bad gellcoat lay up...(not thick enough) or a hull that is flexing...in your case i would guess it is both.....

if its under warranty...i would take it back and tell them to fix it.....it is hurting the resale value of the craft....would you buy a craft with stress cracks all over it?........their lack of wanting to do warranty work is going to cost you thousands........

i would not doubt that the warranty does not cover cosmetic...however it does if it is caused by bad workmanship or defect.....

time to politely jump down their throats

The first thing I thought of is, when is a crack ever normal?
Cracks indicate a problem, make them warranty it, they may be small cracks now but that is bound to change.
