The flag question was a trick question! <br />Had to be, thats why I missed it. <br /><br />I thought that the original flag had 13 stars to represent the 13 colonies. <br />That the red stripes were to represent the blood shed in battle?<br /><br />I have to hunt up my scout manuel to remember what the white stripes meant.
