Crack in hull need to lift boat off trailer!!

Hello all, I have what I think is a 1989 Yar Craft 17 or 19' open bow cruiser. With a 125 force motor. Here is the problem, I need to get boat off of trailer with no lift or placeing in the water. This must be done for two reasons. 1. to fix trailer so but sits better on it plus removing wheels that curently suport boat with carpeted preasure traeated wood. 2. need to fix bad hole in hull located about 10" up from the transon under the boat.

So this is what I need. I need a way to brace boat and lift off of trailer so I can pull trailer out anb fix. any ideas will be helpfull.
