I have my engine apart for rebuild, and I am doing the crankcase vent mod to improve the idle. Is the fitting I will be adding to vent the crankcase readily available locally, perhaps at an auto parts store, or does it have to be ordered from Evinrude? I'd like to get this completed, and off the list of things to do. If not it's no big deal . It's a long winter here in New England. I'll order it if necessary.

Thanks for confirming the part number. They only show the upper fitting in the online parts catalog, but i figured the was the part I needed. It is limited availability at this time.

I'll drill the 1/8" hole so I can continue with the reassembly. That is a press fit correct?
