Hello all,
I am currently having an issue with starting. It?s a 96 Donzi with a 5.7 bravo3 carb motor. The issue does not happen all time, When cranking the motor it will crank over slowly and start, this seems to happen at any time as there is not pattern. Yesterday when I first got top the boat cranked fine. rode around for a bit meet some friends tied up, about five minutes later cranked slow, waited for about 10 minutes and cranked normally started right up and ran great. This can happen right when I get to the boat as we after sitting a few days or within the same day, dual batteries happens with both So far the batteries tested ok, cleaned the connections at the batteries and they seem tight at the starter. I leaning toward a bad spot on the starter of solenoid going.
