Crestliner work in Little Falls

Hello, I have an 03 Fish Hawk with some wood rotting on one of the hatches on the casting deck. I took it to the Little Falls, MN factory to get warantee (sp?) work done. They said they would need it for a month due to the line of boats in front of me. It's been a month. I gave them a call a week ago and haven't heard back. When I have dealt with them, it has been very difficult to talk to a human. When I have left messages when I was trying to schedule this they were never returned. I am not the kind of person who badgers people and would rather not, but I'm a little frustrated. Does anyone have any words of wisdom? Thanks Sam

Though the guy in charge of warranty work would not return my phone call, a nice lady did call me back and was quite helpful. They fixed part of my boat where the wood was rotting out. They did a good job. They did leave a few areas that will need to be repaired in the fall again--Fraying carpet. All in all kind of a frustrating experience.
