crysler charger two cylinders out

i got crysler charger I bealive its 1983 model when i got this motor it run great but last weekeng i took to lake run about 2 hours and suddenly lost power, took it home checked , only 2 upper cylinders were running (all 4 had sparks) plus mix of water and oil was coming fron exost so i ges it blue the head gasked i took the head off gasked looks ok, checked the oil in lower unit find water in it . now so confused can anybody explain what is going on .. I worked on cars but it my first outboard motor , thanks

You should have done a compression test to check the rings..Put it back together.New gasket if possible.The old probably won't seal real good.
Post some pics of the old gasket both sides.
Lower unit with water has nothing to do with the way it runs. Drain it and pressure test it to check for leaks.J

I order new gasket and stopped by marine shop they told me to check the fuel pump i took off the fuel pump and find big hole in diagfram very strange desing i order new diagfram i think because of it 2 cylinders were flooded with gas now another problem there is 2 small holes on each side on top of the foot anybody can explain what they mean ? one of them liking oil

The holes are for draining.
It's probably unburned gas/oil.J

all fixed i changed head gasket and fuel pump diaghfram but i need 20 pole tach anybody knows were to get one? i cant find it
