Welcome to the forum. Well, you're going to be taking on quite a task. Many designs depend on the sole and liner structure to give the boat strength and rigidity. I presume you would be cutting out the cabin, etc to put in a center console and I don't believe it would be an easy job and could affect the integrity of the boat.It may turn out to be one of those "Why did I ever start this?" projects. I salute your ambitions, but don't think I'd take it on myself. You would probably be better off selling this boat and buying a center console. Just my 2 cents.
