How 'bout them dad-blamed Republicans? It now seems that every one of 'em up for election next month knew all about about Rep. Foley's disgraceful behaviors over the past three years; and they covered it up to boot.

Those tight-knit Rep's and Senators kept the secret so well that NOT ONE Democrat tumbled to the problem until last week! Just amazin' how they all managed to keep it soooo quiet for soooo long....

Say, pardnuh, how 'bout you buy this time and I'll get the next round....?

Regardless of whether or not any Repubs new about the IM's and or emails, so did some in the opposition. You cannot convince me that the Foley story was not held for release at a time of maximum potential damage.

IMHO, this makes the opposition doubley culpable due to the fact they they are always harping on protecting the chirdren. Then maybe not. We all know now that the Dems have been using child protection and benefits as nothing more than an emotional attemp at securing the vote.

I'm not blaming anyone else CJY. If Foley did it, which he most likely did, force feed him his medicine. If Hastert new before hand that he had a loose cannon on his hands, then force feed him his medicine as well, all aimed a securing power.

My whole point is that if the Dems, who are sooooooo big on protecting the chirdren, sat on this story for maximum effect,(which they undoubtedly did) then they should take the medicine voluntarily.

But they won't because their whole 'protect the chirdren' program is a sham. In fact their whole platform is a sham.

What a joke coming from someone that claims to be from the morals party .For years the Democrats have been bludgeoned as the party of immorality and lo and be hold what pops up but this group of clowns and there lame attempt to cover it up.

Wellll must be a Democrat and Mainstream news media cover-up .Yaa right the same news media that last week was cheered on for airing a series on Clinton.

I wonder what happened to the term of family values; don’t hear that coming out too much in the last week do you?

The Republican leadership new about Foleys little Peccadillo’s for more than a year and did nothing about it .Yaa the party of family values, he was told to behave himself, after all we are theparty of family values, cant have you going around sending them pornographic e-mails to sixteen year olds.Gotta remember we are the party of family values.

And all of this coming from a congressman who has tried to get legislation thru to protect children from Internet predators such as himself . This champion of family values is hiding in seclusion and every day comes out with some lame excuse saying I was abused as a child, the next day I am a drunk. When is he going to come out and say remember I represent the party of family values?


His good bud Hastert is running to every right wing hate station he can find with a open mike, trying to save his own axx.Good old party of family values scrambling to save what power they have accumulated on lies and innuendo. The Dems at least have had the good sense to not try to say that they are the party of family values.
