Use a Sawsall. You"ll enjoy far less flying fiberglass, unless you enjoy the itch. Wear mask and goggles.

this will cost you more in blades than most dumps charge.... It cost me $43 to dump a 27' cuddy..... and I didn't have to get covered in glass fiber.... If you do cut it up WEAR A RESPERATOR that stuff is deadly

Trying to picture our garbage men taking away bits of my boat in our garbage bin :) Also wondering how many weeks of bins full of fiberglass chunks that would take :)

I can visualize you hauling this thing to the dump with about a 4 foot cut down the side...... advertise it for free as a project boat on c/l

Re: cut a boat

Sell it on Craigslist..."Classic Boat-- needs a little TLC" :p

EDIT: Smoke beat me on the CL ref, only difference is he wasn't joking. It's true, one man's trash is another's treasure. Couldn't hurt to list it for free. Never know, someone could gladly take it off your hands for ya.

Id use a sawzall.

Trashing a boat through the curbside garbage seems a bit like tunneling out of prison with a spoon. Its gonna take a looooong time and you'll probably get caught at the last minute, lol.
