have a 91 70 hp johsnon vj70eleie-had siezed middle piston-o/haul power head with new pistons and o/hauled carbs. on the break in it ran sweet, idled great and i thought all was ok but when it was time to open it up it would cut out at 5300rpm--used toget at least 5500 at anytime before with same prop--suggestions, please and thank you
