What is it about dilly trailers and cheap tires? I am tired of not getting to the lake on time! I want to go to 13" tires, but can't find any wheels! I have some slot dish mags from a Mustang but the hole pattern ain't just right. Is there an adapter that will accept car wheels to Dilly trailer 4 bolt pattern?

I assume you are referring to the 10" 4bolt trailer tires.
I would think you could find some 13" 4bolt trailer wheels.
Another thought is are you buying load range B or C.
I have a tandem axle dilly trailer with 2-2,000lb axles with 10" tires. I run load range C, normally special order. Knock on wood I have not lost a tire and I have the tires loaded at 1,000lbs each and run 200 miles at a time to the coast.
I am planning to upgrade the axles next year to 2-3500lb axles with 16" tires and trailer brakes. my boat/trailer weight is 4,100 lbs on the trailer axles.

13" four lug are pretty rare. You may be better off switching hubs to five lug.

Have you a picture of a dual axle trailer with 10" tires? This I have to see ... ;)

My friend just bought 4 hole 13" rims from Northen Tool. I think 2 were 80 something delivered.

WOW, the local Princess Auto must have the market cornered on 4 lug 13" wheels. They have them stacked in the aisles. They have almost every combo except the one I need (15"X6"-6 lug). Isn't that always the case.

I don't want those skinny 12" Carlisle tires anymore........they claim 3 years worth of rubber life, but they crack on the sidewalls in a lot less. I am determined to use a better grade tire, but here in Arkansas, nobody seems to want to compete w/walmart! So I'm focused on using those mustang 13" mags. Besides; they'll look great under my bass boat!

I think I would change hubs before I went with wheel adapters on a trailer. Not saying they wouldn't work just another thing to worry about though(imo) you have the flex of the adapter along with the flex of magnesium(mags) all wanting to work against you on a trailer application. Plus with a bigger tire and more offset(with adapters) you may be getting too close to the fender edges maybe not but worth noteing. Finding that adapter may be a challenge. Good luck how ever you go trailer problems are the worst.

I agree. Would not use any adaptors. I would spend the little money on getting some new hubs. You already have the rims so you don't have to spend anything on them. Just get new hubs. Then the hubs, bearings, seals, and tires will all be new. Plus then you get the good looking rims you want on there to boot. You can't go wrong IMO.
