I have a '89 125HP Force. I was having trouble starting it and had the ignition switch replaced and it now starts great, but when going to full throttle the motor now bogs down/out. At half gas it does pretty well any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Please Help! I'm getting tired of messing with this motor! Should I just scrap this piece of crap? Compression is good, between 120-130 on all 4.

Any make of motor of any age can give you problems like this ....you just got to see where the fault lies ...have you tried pumping the primer bulb when it bogs out? If that cures it its your fuel pump....have you cleaned out the carbs ..as it goes faster it changes to another set of jets ....dismantle ..clean in celusose thinners and blow it all out with compressed air....is the fuel filter blocked

Any soft hoses?Ethanol is delaminating older hoses and they can collapse even melt.
The tank vent could be clogged. The fuel pump diaphram could have a hole in it.
The reeds, check them when you take the carbs off to clean.
Any in-line connectors? The seals go bad and can suck air.
Check for water in the gas.
