After draining the drive fluid on my B3's I noticed that it is darker than the green color it usually is and more of a black color. No metal or water. Had no issues with it this season and put a 100 hours on it. Should I be concerned?

Probably just more hours of use and more heat. No different than your cars engine oil getting darker when dirty.

Mine is the same way. I'm not worried about it.

No worries. That's pretty typical for the Merc "mean green" drive lube.

The used, dark stuff does not taste as good as the new, emerald green stuff. But, other than that, it is just normal aging of the fluid.
