Dash gauges not working

I have a 2002 glastron gx185 bowrider with a 4.3l mercruiser with an alpha 1 outdrive. Five gauges are not working. Tach, trim, oil pressure, water temp, voltmeter. All the fuses on the panel under the dash have continuity. Speedo and depth work. All lights, pumps, blowers, horn work. Just installed a fresh battery and all connections are tight. Engine starts and runs smooth. Any suggestions????

Well for starters, :welcome: to iboats. Always nice to have a new member...

Okay, have you actually tested the positive and ground at those meters? Wires can look perfect and have corrosion and breaks inside the insulation. So first thing is to verify you have power to each one. That is the common denominator to all of them. So start there first and test with a meter to know you have power to them...

how do i check the grounds? Do I run a jumper wire back to the battery?
