Crank.
Its removed by removing the 6 screws on the front of the pump to remove the impeller.
There is a small spacer or gromet that's on the end of the impeller,make sure it goes back in when you assemble.
There are 3 screws that hold the pump on the harmonic balancer.
Then the tourqe rod or holder comes loose.1 screw
Removing those screws should drop it and it should come apart.
Might need a puller or press if things are siezed.
