Time once again to fall back a hour and screw me up for weeks to come. Why do we still do this? The days are getting short enough already and now it will get dark at 5:15pm tomorrow. Wouldn't you rather have the light in the evening then at 6:00am? It is like someone flips a light switch and it is winter time.

I really wish they'd leave the time alone.

We are a 24/7 nation, so why bother messin' with the time?

H.

I agree
the savings time has far outlived its usefulness
but thats ok, I think Bush has signed a law that will extend the savings time for several weeks starting next year instead of scrapping it when he had the chance.

Well, it makes it better for the kids getting on the bus in the mornings.
It is daylight instead of still being dark.

Re: Daylight savings time

that is a plus SBN.
but why not set it like that and leave it?
why bother changing the time at all. we are about the only country that does it and some states dont do it.

Re: Daylight savings time

This is a big mess in Indiana. Most of the state stays the same some changes. Now they passed to start useing daylight time next year so nobody can agree for eastern,or central and some want to split it up.

Re: Daylight savings time

Ya I saw something on TV about two towns on the boarder of two states. One did day light savings the other did not. Then add in the two time zones and the two towns within sight of each other had a difference of 3 hours during some times of the year. Crazy!

AZ, like parts of IN, never change. Our way of "thumbing our noses" at the rest.

:p :)

Another benefit of living here.
