Plug is wet and seems to be loosing spark or weak spark from being wet. Checked spark with spark tester and getting to plug. All cylinders are getting 160#. Has new wires and dist cap. Motor does seem low power in the water planning out but then gets up to speed and runs smooth. Has slight skip during idle. Oil pressure good. Does have a little oil blow back from the oil filler cap (oil on the valve cover coming from filler cap). Don't know if any is related but what to check next?
