Dead or Alive ?

I have a 1986 Mercrusier 120 hp 1986 era. It has been dormant for 3 years. This spring it was locked up. I found a lot of clear water in the sump ??? It was winterized with anti freeze which is still present.
I removed the plugs and spayed in PB Blaster and Marvins Mystery Oil. Let it sit a week and have been able to move it with a wrench to the alternator pulley.
Very slowly at first, back and forth gently, then made numerous rotations. It has a couple sticky points.
Next I had tried to spin it with the starter. I have turned it maybe 50 rotations but it is very sluggish, still seems to have the sticky points. and does not seem to be loosening up.
What should I do next?
Do I maybe have a broken ring (s).
From the water in the sump do I possibly have significant corrosion on the crank ?
Help !

Could the sticky points be a compression stroke causing it to feel like something is wrong but isn't?

I would remove the dist. and get something to turn the oil pump with a drill while having a buddy turn the engine over a few times. Get some oil in the bearings. Then oil down the cylinders again and roll it over some more. Once you get it turning free then you can use the starter and see what you have.

Well,.... Freeing a Siezed motor usually leads to a Long paddle,+ a motor Rebuild....
I'm just trying to save you the Long Paddle....

Thanks Bifflefan, I am inclined to try something less drastic than pulling the engine. But don't want to waste all summer tinkering either. My brain is telling me Bond-o is right, but if.... I can get at least temporary relief that would be good. A rebuild would have to wait till next winter

If I paddle any thing long it had better be light and skinny. My canoe will do the I/O will not ... Thanks !
