Decal removal, oxidation removal and polishing

Last fall I purchased a 1988 Campion fishing machine. I want to remove the old decals, oxidation and polish the exterior. Can I buy new decals and where would I find them? Also what products and procedures should I use to remove oxidation and polish the hull?

Pretty sure you can find decals online.... Use the search feature on here and you will find a wealth of info on Oxidation Removal.

For the oxidation removal you will want to wash the hull clean, use a rubbing compound (3M is very good) then some good polish and then a good wax (collinite has a great insulated wax) to make it last and protect it. You may want to use a varible speed buffer if it's heavy oxidation but otherwise some good elbow grease.

You can also wetsand the boat with 1500 then 2000 then 2500 grit sandpaper, then rub,polish, and wax. It'll slick her up real nice.
