Can you use a a test tank on small motors and muffs on large motors?

you can but do not rev above 1500 rpms, it can cause a run away motor, that you cannot turn off, other than removing fuel source. also the motor is going to smoke a lot, the neighbors may not like it. on muffs, the exhaust will make a mess on the ground.
