decarboning force outboards

hey guys- have a 1983 force ob- just replaced impeller and had compression check done- 125psi on all cylinders- i am running 50:1 ratio- i was told running marvel mystery oil will do a good job at decarbing- thoughts on this??? thanks-everyone on this sight has given me great feedback!!!

I like spray type decarb. I use valve-tech that you can get a boating stores.<br /><br />As far as engine treatment stuff. I would only use quicksilver products as recommended by the manufactur.

125 psi is operable on a Force and good for an 83. Follow the instructions using only 1/3 can per treatment. Once I sprayed the top of the pistons from the spark plug hole and let it sit overnight using 1/5 a can on the 4 cylinders. Happy boating!
