Deck fitting to re-wire steaming, deck and anchor lights

The existing deck fittings we have are either 2-wire or 4 wire setups but these are usually the source for failure. Who carries a good selection for these parts? Would it be better to eliminate the deck fitting altogether and just use a cable clam instead? thanks
