Does anyone know what Deep Creep will do to metal flake gelcoat? I spilled a little bit on my boat...well maybe it was a lot. The gelcoat had heavy oxidation as it is a 1985 model, but i noticed that the spot where the deep creep was spilled looks new again! It has stayed really shiny for a few days now. Just wondering if i should expect a hole to form there in the future!:)

Re: Deep Creep Spill

This is a lubricating oil based product, the finish because the oil and solvents contained in it have penetrated the the dull finish.

Should do no harm at all, but will attract dust and dirt, use a degreasing product to remove it and after a short time it will return to old finish.
