The corners on my tigns and the very bottom of the hull got scrapped while dragging across the metal of my boat lift. Enough fiberglass or gel coat was removed that you can see some mesh.

How do I repair this?

First off,it will have to be out of the water to dry. Those scraps to the fiberglass can and will in time give you blisters to your gelcoat. Now,to repair it,its got to be dry,use a hair dryer to do that.Scrap off any gelcoat that is lose and a light sand to the area. From there, you can go to a marine supply store(like West Marine)and pick up a can of gel cote, also get some color agent to mix it with to match colors if needed. If it is off white,a touch of brown will do.Just don't try to mix it in the can, pour an oz into a cup to mix at a time.Mask off the area with some plastic and duck tape.Apply as the directions says. After it drys, sand it down with 1000 grit water paper.Wax out after that.
