Good evening. I'm working in restoring a pontoon helm and not sure how to best proceed. The plastic dash has a clear coating that has delaminated. Will lacquer reducer take the rest off? I'll need to repaint it when it's off but not sure the best way to remove it all. I'm trying to avoid hours of sanding it off if I can.
